Natheekarn Park View – Natheekarn Village is a large village located directly on the shores of Maabprachan Lake. It is an older village that was built just before the millennium and features just over 100 properties in total. There is security at the front of the village, however, there is nothing in the way of further communal features, and hence the common fees are lower than the normal in Natheekarn Park View Village.

The immediate area has seen a lot of investment from the government recently that has really transformed the area. There are now bicycle lanes going around the lake, which are super popular, particularly at the weekends. There are also so many little restaurants and café’s on the lakeside that offer a wide variety of excellent food from all corners of the world. Pattaya is also quite close and the no.7 motorway that connects to Bangkok and the surrounding industrial estates is just a few minutes’ drive away.
